Full name of those troops - ShISBr , Assault Engineering Sapper Brigade.

Those brigades were formed in 1943, the armor vests were like visitcard of their troops.

As well those troops were mostly equipped with automatic guns and flamethrowers including flamethrowing tanks OT34.

Under sieged Leningrad production 5 section model. Rare !
