Up for sale is an original German 98/05 Mauser bayonet, also known as a butcher blade bayonet.
It was widely used with 98 Mauser gewehr and it's modifications.
Made in 1916 by Stahlbluhme company.
Condition is fine, it is sharpened and has some oxidation damage as well as some damage to the grips.
The blade is a bit bent.
Markings are crisp and clear.
Overall it is very far from mint but will be a very nice addition to any collection.
